Distibutes in Hokkaido and northern Eurasia. Inhabits various types of forests but prefers open space.

Northern Pika distribute through northeastern Eurasia. The Hidaka Mountains of Hokkaido is the southern limit of the distribution.

Ryukyu Flying Fox
Disributes in Taiwan and Japanese southern islands. Japanese forms are considerd as four subspecies. The flying-fox of this photo is P. d. yayeyamae.
